We would recommend freezing your vinegar in an ice cube tray. This will give you the most flexibility when it comes to defrosting and using it:

  1. Fill an Ice Cube Tray: First, take an ice cube tray and fill each slot up to around 80% of the way with vinegar.
  2. Wrap: Wrap the tray in cling film (or place a lid on top if you have one) to keep the vinegar protected.
  3. Flash Freeze: Place the tray in the freezer and allow it to freeze solid.
  4. Final Freeze: Once frozen, you can remove it from the freezer and pop each cube out of the tray and into a bag for easier storage.
