The most critical part of freezing anything that’s got a high-fat content, such as Flora, is to make sure that the item is exposed to as little air as possible. But don’t worry! That’s fairly easy with this method:
- Prepare Cling Film: Cut a piece of cling film so that it is just a little larger than the opening of the tub that the Flora is in. There is no need to remove the Flora from the tub.
- Press the Film to the Spread: Press the film directly to the surface of the Flora and then up the side of the tub and over the edge so that it forms a tight seal with no way for air to get in.
- Seal: Seal the tub you’re working with, running your fingers around the rim to ensure that it’s snapped shut. You can just use the lid it came with!
- Freeze: Finally, pop the sealed tub into the freezer for around 3 months.
