Begin by rinsing your guava under the cold tap. Then pat it dry with a paper towel and place it on a chopping board.

Peel your guava using a sharp knife and then cut it into smaller pieces. It’s entirely up to you how you choose to cut it, but we would recommend cubes or slices to keep things simple.
- Bag Up
Once cut, place your guava pieces into a freezer-safe bag and press out as much air as possible, before sealing the bag.
- Label and Freeze
Write the date you bought or picked the guava as well as the use-by date on the front of the bag, before placing it in the freezer. Remember, you can freeze guavas for around twelve months.
